In order to complete this WebQuest, you must re-familiarize yourself with the two books we have been working with.  Then you will investigate a variety of Websites that will give you more information about trees and their needs.  You will then choose which book you would like to work with, and write a letter to on of the characters in the book telling them what you have learned about taking care of trees and avoiding the negative consequences the character faced.  Tell your character what they can do to prevent those negative outcomes from happening again.  Finally, as a group you will read each other's letters and construct a post that shows what the environment of one of the characters in one of the books would look like if they had receieved your letters in time.
